To start the management of PMK 2025 and unite the vision and mission in service, on March 15, 2025, the Daily Executive Board and the Advisory Board of PMK FKH UGM held a board briefing with the theme Intro: “Turning Our Hearts to God” with a verse from Hebrews 11:1 which reads ”Faith is the foundation of everything we hope for and the evidence of everything we do not see.” This theme was raised to invite administrators to have full confidence in God and to carry out services with a sincere attitude. PMK administrators are expected to renew their motivation in service and always rely on God in every work and service to God (SDG 3: Good Health and Well-being).

This activity was held offline and took place in the Seminar II room of FKH UGM at 08.00-14.00 and was attended by 32 administrators and 5 Advisory Board members. The participants attended the debriefing event with enthusiasm and joy. This debriefing event supports peace, justice, and strong institutions and sustainable communities (SDG’s points 11 and 16) by conducting activities carried out with praise and reflection sessions, commission washing, sharing sessions, game sessions, and impression messages and group photos.

In the first session, namely praise and reflection, the board was first equipped with the Word of God found in Hebrews 11: 1 “Faith is the foundation of everything we hope for and the evidence of everything we do not see.” From this reflection, the new administrators of PMK FKH 2025 are expected to understand their calling and responsibility in serving for God. They are also expected to surrender their hearts completely to God, always renew their motivation in service, and always rely on God in every work and responsibility. This supports peace, justice, and strong institutions (SDG’s point 16).

Then, the next activity was a washing session for the commission coordinator, this washing was carried out as a sign of the start of service as exemplified by the Lord Jesus to the disciples. The Lord Jesus has served us first, so we are the ones who must continue the service to others. After the washing session, it was continued with a sharing session with each commission to strengthen relationships with commission members. Then continued with guessing games and message trails by filling in self-evaluations in the form of strengths and weaknesses of each board written using paper and circulated in a large circle. This supports a sustainable community (SDG’s 11). The whole event can take place well and smoothly as a result of the cooperation of the committee and all parties involved.

From this event, all the values that have been conveyed in each session were able to be absorbed well, having a positive impact on the hearts of each board. Hopefully this board debriefing activity can prepare all new PMK administrators to serve in PMK and bring a good impact to themselves and others.
