Faculty of Veterinary Medicine UGM commemorate Nuzulul Qur’an 1444 H / 2023 AD at the An-Nahl Mosque, Friday, 14th April 2023. The event was in the framework to increase faithfulness and piety as well as to form kindness in the environment of Faculty of Veterinary Medicine UGM. The event attended by lecturers, Dharma Wanita, supporting staffs and honorary staffs.
The commemoration of Nuzulul Qur’an is one of the existences of grateful in the memory of descendence of Al-Qur’an to The Prophet Muhammad SAW. The commemoration of Nuzulul Qur’an does not only one ceremonial activity in the Holy Ramadan month. However, also to practice, live and know further more about what is contained in the As-Qur’an in becoming the guidelines in each and every day.
The Commemoration of Nuzulul Qur’an began with prudence together and recitation as well as prayers delivered by Dr. Arkom Kuswanjono (Faculty of Philosophy UGM), as well giving the compensation to the orphans represented by the Vice Dean Dr. drh. Widagdo Sri Nugroho, M.P. and Head of Dharma Wanita FKH Dra. Yulaeni
